This coin may be inlaid for free in any plaque of a rotor blade from a military helicopter.  Simply choose this coin in the "Military Branch Challenge Coin" option when configuring your plaque.

United States Army Company A, 501st Aviation Battalion, 71st Assault Helicopter Company 151st Transportation Detachment and 94th Signal Detachment, serving in Bien Hoa, Vietnam from 1964 to 1967, and Chu Lai, Vietnam from 1967 to 1971.

"Rattler" was the radio call sign used by UH-1D & H helicopters that carried troops, supplies, ammunition, performed command and control, combat assault, medical evacuation and insertion/extraction missions, as well as many others.
